We have created a set of common Activities of Daily Living that make it easy for our residents to see what their needs may be. They can choose one to a dozen, or any number in-between. Once those choices have been made, we have created categories of Life Enrichment Programs that combine with our Pricing Tool to give you a no nonsense cost.

We provide the following assisted living services
MEDICAL
From administering medication to regular check-ups by our RNs, as well as assistance with ambulation and transfers, they’re safe with us.
COMFORT
Whether it’s fresh linen, pristine clothes, or a spring clean of their room, we’ll invite your loved one to put their feet up.
ENTERTAINMENT
With round-the-clock access to cable television, and a never-ending stream of activities, ‘bored’ isn’t a word around here.
SUPPORT
We’ll be by their side, escorting them to activities and mealtimes, assisting them with bathing, dressing, grooming, and anything else they need.

Our House Assisted Living of Tremonton Assisted Living offers a wide range of amenities designed to enhance residents' comfort, safety, and enjoyment. At SAL Management Group, we understand the importance and difficulty of choosing the right assisted living for your loved one. At times, there are a lot of unknowns and hesitations with making such an important decision. To make your decision easier and to reassure you that a SAL Managed Assisted Living community is the right place, we have developed the “SAL Satisfaction Surety” program committing to you the following: If you move into a SAL Managed Assisted Living Community and within the first 30 days, you are not satisfied with our care and services, then you can move out without being required to give a 30-day notice and receive a full refund. At SAL Management Group, we want you to know that you have chosen the right assisted living community and we look forward to serving you for a long time.
